Jennifer Hiromoto is a zoning and land use specialist with over two decades of experience helping clients navigate entitlement processes across North Texas. As the founder of Buzz Urban Planning, she supports architects, engineers, and property owners in securing variances, rezonings, and permits that align with evolving city policies.
Jennifer previously served as a senior planner and zoning administrator for the City of Dallas, where she contributed to key code amendments including parking and Form Districts and led the effort to expand zoning allowances for breweries and wineries. She has worked on entitlement teams for major urban redevelopment efforts including Victory Park, Bishop Arts Village, and Pegasus Park. Known for her collaborative approach and practical problem-solving, Jennifer brings deep knowledge of local processes and a strong track record of moving projects forward.
